Mini Donuts: Vegan Plain Cake





First of all, how cute are these mini donuts? I am really proud of these little guys. I got the recipe for vegan plain cake donuts from Babycakes Covers The Classics. I also made a vegan sugar glaze to go on top of them. Ever since I got pregnant I have been in a baking mood. Jason loves it, and for me I see it as another chance to be creative.
