Tassel Garland




Tassel Garland DIY

Supplies:

Tissue paper
Scissors
String

Instructions:

Fold the tissue you paper in half twice
Cut .5" slits leaving 2" uncut at the top
Unfold the paper and cut the tissue paper in half
With slits on either side, roll the tissue paper up the middle
Twist the top into a loop
Attach the tissue paper to the garland

    Oh, that's so cool that you made these yourself! I see a bunch of these on Etsy, but they're pretty pricey, so I may just have to get some colorful tissue paper and make my own!

      You should totally make your own! It was pretty easy, and everything from Hobby Lobby ended up being $7!
