I completed my very first juice cleanse yesterday! I'm not going to lie, it was hard to not have coffee in the morning but I'm really glad I did it. I was most hungry in the morning, but the second juice was more substantial so I felt fuller. I wouldn't recommend doing a juice cleanse if you have work or other obligations, because personally I felt a little drained.

Have you ever tried a juice cleanse?

If you are in the New Orleans area, and you're interested in trying this particular cleanse you can find out all the information at Raw Republic.

  1. I've thought about trying a juice cleanse sometime after the baby. I'm not sure I could do it, to be honest!

    1. I feel like it's best to start with a one day cleanse. I'm sure you could do it! :)

  2. I've considered doing a juice cleanse with my mom, but most that I've seen are 3-day or 5-day ones and I couldn't do that. A one-day cleanse I could do however!

    1. A one-day cleanse was perfect for me. I felt really good after! I don't know if I'd want to do a longer one though, but who knows!
