Perfect Album + Art Of Music

{Say Anything "...Is A Real Boy"} This has been my favorite album since high school. I really connected with the lead singer, Max Bemis. There is honesty, humor, and depth in this album. He chose to use detailed language, as if it were a novel. All of their albums are close to my heart, but this one in particular embodies perfection.

{Death Cab For Cutie "We Have The Facts And We're Voting Yes"} I love the sequence of songs. Ben Gibbard is a genius when it comes to music. There is a lot of heart here. I think of driving through the Maryland countryside at night, during the winter. It's peaceful and thought provoking.

{Thievery Corporation "The Richest Man In Babylon"} When I meditate I put this album on. It makes me feel calm, and centered.

{Led Zeppelin "II"} This is the best album to put on when you want to get pumped up. Led Zeppelin and summertime are synonymous to me. Once again, I love all of their albums, but this one if my favorite.

♥ I got this idea from Danielle on Sometimes Sweet. If you chose to make a post about this, leave me the link in the comments. What does a "perfect" album mean to you?

  5. Oh my gosh. I think you're the first person I've seen who actually knows Say Anything. I have that album too, got it in high school as well. One of my favorite songs is on there, although I am sleepy and the name escapes me at the moment. =D And the Death Cab one!
