Currently + One Week

{Loving} The beautiful orchid Jason got me. It's the biggest, brightest flower I've ever seen. I'm so lucky to be married to my best friend.

{Reading} I've spent more time reading blogs than anything else. I have a plan to read all of the Twilight Saga before the next movie comes out in November.

{Watching} The Olympics, mainly for swimming and gymnastics. Although it surprised me how much I got into the weight lifting "clean and jerk".

{Thinking about} What it is going to be like to go back to school. I'm really excited, but also nervous. I'm proud of myself for doing it though :)

{Anticipating} Our NYC trip launches off in exactly one week from today!

{Listening to} I'm still listening to Of Monsters and Men, but it's definitely time for a new album. I'm searching for that perfect one to listen to on the plane. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I think Joseph Gorden-Levitt is the bee's knees. This video he did with She & Him is amazing, and this song has been stuck in my head all morning.

{Working on} Getting everything done before our trip. As soon as we fly back we are going out to California to celebrate my dad's birthday. When we get back from that school is starting. We are taking this week to arrange everything. One thing to check off the list was the DMV, and now my Driver's License has my new married last name, George. It makes me so happy to see that.

{Wishing} I tried on the perfect peter pan collared shirt yesterday at Forever 21, and I'm hoping it's still there tonight. I'm weird when buying something. I need to know for sure that I love it before I get it. I took a night to sleep on it, and I know it's perfect.

If you have a "Currently" post let me know in the comments. I'd love to read it :)

    1. Oh that's right, diving! I haven't seen that yet, but that would be a lot of fun to watch :) I caught a tiny bit of archery. It's really funny when they put the bow against their face!

    1. It's definitely interesting! Most of the men and women are under 5 feet tall! Tiny things holding crazy amounts of weight above their little heads.

  8. Swimming and Gymnastics is basically all I've been watching too. I've been wanting to watch Football but I've yet to catch any besides a little recap. That Orchid is lovely! I bought one earlier this year and sadly, it died.

P.S. Thank you for stopping by my blog and commenting. The Ruche top is very cute and I'll have to do an outfit post sometime soon so you can see it better.

    2. Well as soon as I graduated high school I went to a community college as an Art major. Then to a Massage Therapy school, and got a license to practice it. Nothing seemed to fit right. Now I am going back to become an Elementary School Teacher. I'm really looking forward to it, but I'm just going to go with the flow and see what's right for me. I don't know for sure what I want to do, but I know I want to do something, so this is a start :) Thank you for commenting!

  11. What a sweet looking flower! I'm with my best friend too and feel grateful everyday we found each other. I, too, spend most of my time reading blogs :) I think it's so much more fun sometimes! And, that's a great strategy to buy what's right for you. I have to think it over before buying stuff too! LOVED reading your post. :)
