Rainy Day
Another road trip to Reno, and the weather couldn't be more beautiful. I know that sounds strange, but I haven't seen rain since we moved to California. It got down to 45 degrees, and our playlist included Hozier and Lucy Rose. We got caught in traffic and were at a dead stop for an hour, but fresh mountain air and good tunes made all the difference.

Reno Street Art
It was a fast trip in Reno, but we did manage to see a little more of the city. We walked around downtown and took some pictures of some of the street art. It's always interesting to see different areas of a city you haven't been to before. Every time I see street art in another city, I feel like I grow as an artist.

Reno
The Reno Arch
The Peppermill
Emigrant Gap
Jason and I were in Reno all week! We spent our nights exploring the city and arcade hopping! The drive home was beautiful, and we stopped at a vista point along the way. It was called Emigrant Gap, and we took in the fresh mountain air for a little while before heading back home.

Donner Lake
Donner Lake
Truckee, California
On the road to Reno, we stopped off at Donner Lake this morning. Jason has work up here, and I got to come with him. The Sierra Nevada mountains are so beautiful, and the air is so crisp. We hope to have time to see Lake Tahoe again on Friday.
