Watching: Frasier. Thank you, Netflix. This show is so amazing. I can't believe I've never watched it in sequential order. Dr. Niles Crane is by far my favorite character.

Reading: the current issue of Monocle magazine.

Loving: every Sunday when Jason, Phoenix, and I got to Civic Park with me reading to Phoenix and Jason flying his drone while we enjoy a coffee under our favorite tree.

Wanting: a black and white blown glass vase by Paradise Art Glass, because who can afford a Chihuly? I have also had my eye on a blackline floor plan of Frasier's apartment by TVFloorPlans.

Thinking about: how much I would love to visit Seattle again. When I was a freshman in high school I spent the summer there with a friend of mine. Jason and I have been talking about trying to take a trip there within the next year.

Excited to: go to Los Angeles next weekend! It will be Phoenix's first road trip, and it will also be the first time my brother and sister meet our little one. It will be great to spend time with the family.

Working on: getting on a better sleeping schedule with our two-month old. As of now he is sleeping in two three-hour segments in the night. Boo-yah.

Tasting: Whole Foods dark mocha blended with almond milk. Phoenix and I walk to Whole Foods and downtown Walnut Creek almost every single day. This is my treat of choice. I also enjoy the vanilla coffee from Pressed Juicery.

Listening to: Beethoven and Thievery Corporation. I have a goal to listen to all of Thievery Corporation's albums in order that they were released. I'm most familiar with Richest Man in Babylon.

Playing with: Phoenix and the play gym. He is starting to hit and grab the hanging pieces. He is so smart. I love watching him discover every little thing.

Inspired by: Picasso's line drawings, and Ellsworth Kelly's plant lithographs. I have been completely inspired to get back to sketching.
